Are your soaps suitable for all skin types?

Yes! Our soaps are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive, oily, dry, and combination skin. We have specific products for different skin concerns like acne, dryness, and inflammation.

What makes your soaps different from store-bought soaps?

Last Care soaps are handmade using the cold-process method, which preserves the natural properties of our ingredients. We use 100% natural oils, botanicals, and herbs without any harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, or synthetic fragrances.

How long does one soap bar last?

A single bar typically lasts 4-6 weeks with regular daily use. This depends on usage frequency and how you store the soap (keep it dry between uses for longevity).

Why does my soap have a white residue?

The white residue is called "soda ash" and is completely harmless. It's a natural byproduct of the soap-making process. You can simply rinse it off or scrape it away.

Ingredients & Safety

Are your soaps vegan?

Most of our soaps are vegan. However, some varieties include honey or other bee products. Check the product description for ingredient lists to verify.

Are your soaps cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We don't test on animals and all our ingredients are sourced ethically. We support local communities and fair-trade suppliers.

What if I'm allergic to certain ingredients?

We provide detailed ingredient lists for all our soaps. If you have known allergies, please review the ingredients carefully before purchasing. We recommend doing a patch test first.

Are the essential oils natural?

Yes, all our fragrances come from natural essential oils and plant extracts. We never use synthetic fragrances or artificial additives.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 5-7 business days across India. You'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over ₹500. Orders under that amount have a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Can you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within India. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Stay tuned!

What if my order arrives damaged?

We package all orders carefully, but accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we'll send a replacement.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll process a full refund.

How do I return a product?

Contact us at support@lastcare.com with your order number. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Can I return opened products?

Yes, unopened and unused products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. If you've used the product and don't like it, we still offer to send you a different bar to try.

Usage & Care

How should I store my soap?

Keep your soap in a dry place between uses. We recommend using a soap dish with drainage holes to prevent the bar from sitting in water, which extends its life significantly.

Is it normal for soap to sweat?

Natural soaps can "sweat" in humid environments or when exposed to moisture. This is harmless but can affect the bar's appearance. Store in a dry place to minimize this.

Can I cut the soap into smaller pieces?

Absolutely! You can cut our soaps into smaller bars for travel or to make them last longer. Use a sharp knife and cut gently.

Can I use the soap on my face?

Most of our soaps are gentle enough for facial use. However, we recommend starting with a patch test. For those with very sensitive facial skin, we suggest our gentlest formulations.
