  • • Delivery takes 5-7 business days across India
  • • During peak seasons, delivery may take up to 10 business days
  • • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships

Shipping Costs

  • • Free shipping on orders over ₹500
  • • Flat shipping fee of ₹99 for orders under ₹500
  • • All subscription boxes include free shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Check your email for shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Return Conditions

  • • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • • Packaging should be in resalable condition
  • • We accept opened but unused products—just let us know what you'd like to try instead

How to Initiate a Return

  2. 2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. 3. We'll provide you with a return shipping label (prepaid)
  4. 4. Pack the items securely and drop off at your nearest courier
  5. 5. Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and verify it meets our return conditions, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

We package all orders carefully, but accidents can happen during shipping. If your package arrives damaged:

  • • Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package and items
  • • Include your order number and tracking number
  • • We'll send a replacement or offer a full refund

Lost Packages

If your tracked package appears to be lost:

  • • Wait up to 15 days from the ship date
  • • Contact our support team with your tracking number
  • • We'll file a claim with the courier or send a replacement

Subscription Returns

For subscription boxes, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, if you don't like specific items in your box, contact us and we'll replace them with different soaps at no extra charge—no need to return the used items.
